I didn't have to be asked twice - what a great team to work with, Bill responded quickly to my initial call, visited the site within a couple of days, provided a written estimate, anticipated issues and got in and out within four days of our initial conversation, done deal. As as absentee owner, finding someone as good as Bill and Ashlee (his wife serving as accountant), was very fortunate for me. The job consisted of replacing sheet rock and trim, texturing, painting and a plumbing issue. I would highly recommend NOWAK for any jobs you may have.
